I got my life extended

It’s not really my nature to have a big celebration for the day I was born, not to offend people who put a lot of effort to prepare a party or surprise, but I choose to make it usual or simple, It is a time for me to reflect – to keep my feet on the ground. As for a gift for me, it should not always be something with ribbon on the top of it - it could be anything.

The night of the 15th of April – one of my closest friend buzzed me on YM together with his another. They told me that they will call me Aunty Tya soon enough... yes, they are going to have a baby. It is a 7-week-old fetus in her womb. It is a new life being created and going to be delivered to this life. It’s amazing. It’s beautiful. My eyes were a bit watery and I smiled.

The night of 16th of April – I had a conversation with a friend of my friend which lifted a weight off my shoulders. I feel so relieved after talking with him. There was a smile on my face the whole night which lasted till the morning of 17th.

17th morning, it is the feeling of being remembered by people who know you, your family, your best friends, near or far from you they just remember you in a way. I am really happy to have received lots of messages full of wishes not only from the people whom I met everyday but also the people whom I have not met for ages or even just once. I kept smiling. :)

I went to my Father cemetery just to be close in a way with him. May he rest in peace - Love you Dad. After that on the way to my car I saw people came to the cemetery for a funeral, there are 2 funerals in two different blocks. I reflected, nothing is mortal as for us if our time has come it will come and we never know when it will come.

Moreover one of a tradition in my family, whenever someone has a birthday my mother will cook yellow rice for lunch – a symbol of prosperity and to be grateful for the life that we have.

After that I went out for a while to get some stuff...I drive my own car and

I saw a man cross a wide street exactly in front of my car ...and suddenly a sedan with high speed hit him...and he just got hit by that car and kinda flew – his shoes up to the sky and I heard a big BUMP , I couldn't turn back I am so terrified less than a second that scene when the car hit that man is clearly pictured on my eyes...I saw shoes falling from the sky in front of my car, I was shocked for a while as I turn my car to the left to another street...I parked my car on the side of the road and think what I just saw. Again, if the time has come no matter where the place, the condition is it will come. Just less than a second it will end. I don’t know what happened with the man that got hit but people said that he died. I don’t know but if you see how that car hit the man with that speed his chance will be small I guess. I hope with what happened with that man it will be the best for him after all. I hope he is in HIS blessed.

I feel so blessed ... I still get a reminder from what I see in my surroundings. I have to use my time as best as I can for useful and meaningful things and show to people that I love and care about them , because we will never know when is our time will come ...

As for now,I got my life extended. I feel so blessed. Thank you GOD for all the gifts.
