finally... Me and Aidy together in our graduation ceremony last saturday.
MC VP and MCP e ...so who says that AIESEC can hold you back being a graduate?!

Place that you can breath a fresh air away from polution, I went to this place last week with a few of friends, we visited a local people in a village there, known as the Dragon Village or "Kampung Naga". The village is located 90Km away from my hometown Bandung West Java.

I tried to make a local craft for a curtain made from bamboo

Cangkuang Temple is 10 kilometers from Tarogong to the North in the direction to Bandung. Beautiful flowers cover the shallow situ. There is a small island in the middle of the lake, namely Cangkuang temple. It is the only Hindu temple that ever found in West Java is the important discovery in the past. Cangkuang has been built in the period of the first Sundanese Kingdom: Galuh Kingdom. Near the temple, there are heritage graves from the Moslem follower Arif Muhammad, who is one of the Mataram Kingdom soldier from Central Java when attacking the Dutch Colonialist in Batavia (now Jakarta), at the 17th Century.

well this is just a very very tiny part of the beauty of my country Indonesia, if you want to know more please get ur self here...and experience all the heritage by urself...Ur Welcome...

Million thanks to Roni for taking me into this trip :) 20/05/2007

11th May 2007

After chairing all day, today all the members had a tough day. They entering the planning process which is not the easy task to do, start with assessing the current condition of AIESEC Indonesia and then move on to the LC current reality. Did I mention become a chair is a quite challenging role, u need be able to read the atmosphere of the conference, u need to put ur sensing to the delegates condition, whether they are still excited, still have tons of energy, they are sick, or even didn’t understand with the deliverable. After a tuff day, which closed with some of the roll dances and wrap up, I intend to go to my room to lay for a while, but suddenly after I step down to my room, and then SURPRISE!!!! The IS team bring a CAKE for me…Gosh!!! They gave me the cake as the appreciation for me being one of the “fighters” in AIESEC Indonesia development especially for IS. (Huh u hu Did I? well thanks Guys for that) Gosh then they pull me to the middle of the plenary where everyone could see me, then they do roll call,,, I’m SPEACHLESS GOSH!!! Totally SPEACHLESS… then they asked me to do speech and give the first cake...then everyone take a turn to get the cake, but then someone put the whip cream in my face eheheh…they like to made fun of me at the end…hehhe but it’s ok I enjoy it….the MOMENT is full of SMILES, LAUGH, HAPPINESS, MOTIVATION and SPIRIT!

In general, been there, in the conference staring deep to all the delegates’ eyes, I’m sure AIESEC Indonesia will be AMAZING a year from now and start from today. You can see through their eyes, their SOUL burned by AIESEC Flame!!! Yeah Hell Yeah!!! I can see they are connected each other; they are the EB’s which are the leader in their LC. I’m sure their will also burned the SPIRIT of their members. I can feel it until now the SPIRIT is so high. I’m SURE!!!

As for myself I can get ENERGY and SPIRIT re-charges for my SOUL!

Keep the legacy! I’m sure you have the fighter soul inside!

10th May 2007 - a farewell

2 years yes 2 years Im in the same function with 2 different teams. Last week during National Planning Meeting, we had one night for functional bonding. IS team had a plan to go to Puncak pas, it’s the top of the mountain but be able to cross by car, well actually it’s a public road. We went to this place then we sat together, all the IS people. Well everyone which somehow related to IS during his or her activities in AIESEC. The night is getting cold and cold...then the fog covered the street which made me a bit worried. We ordered some food then this one man came brought his guitar and sang a song, then I initiate to request a song, start with the Beatles, JUDE, then TICKET to RIDE then the others asked him to sing this one song called “KISAH KLASIK” which dedicated to me, this gonna be my last term in MC team of AIESEC in Indonesia. Well we all sing, they all sing which made me feel in uncertainty plus happy but at the same time sad. “KISAH KLASIK” it could be mean a “Classical Moment” the moment that I wont forget that I will always remember forever.

I will always remember this time guys, I won’t forget. LOVE you ALL :)

It's been a long time since I posted my last journey.

Last March I went to Batam, Singapore and Malaysia for 2 weeks attend my first Non-AIESEC conference although I represent AIESEC in Indonesia, I met AMAZING people there they are very unique. One thing that I feel AMAZED there, there are one delegates who is blind, Her name is Mrs. Pau she is from Thailand. Her disability didnt make her stop to reach all of her dreams, she is a teacher for blind childrens and she've been travelled all around the world from Asia to South Africa and the government fully supported her because of her passion and achievements. She is a very dedicated Woman. Another women that inspired and influence me much is Datuk Ni' She is the executive of the Girls Guide in Malaysia. She share with me about her values in life, what she believed in. She reflect a women in the 21st. Although her age we can say not young anymore, but she have this young spirit, energy and bravery! She didnt forget that she is a leader in her professional career track but she also didnt forget that she is a women, a wife and a mother. Salut to Datuk Ni'.
