About Flags:
Flags have been used all over the world for thousands of years to identify peoples, places, cultures, and beliefs...

Let me tell you about the History of my country National Flag. The Indonesian flag is known as "Sang Saka Merah Putih" meaning "Lofty Bicolor of Red and White". It dates back to that of the Javanese Majapahit Empire, which dominated Indonesia from the thirteenth to the sixteenth century; It was revived again during the 1920s, when Indonesian nationalist agitated againts Dutch rule. (For many years, the Dutch had controlled Indonesia through the Dutch East India Company). The current flag was adopted in 1945, when the country declared its dependence. Red and white are sacred colors in Indonesia: Red represents the physical world, and white the spiritual. Red also stands for bravery and freedom, while white also means purity and justice. Another interpretation is that the red stands for palm sugar and the white for rice, both staples of Indonesian cuisine.

I still cant sleep, i found some intresting topic its about FIfth Discipline by Peter Senge.And i found that The Fifth Discipline is a book by Peter Senge focusing on group problem solving using the systems thinking method in order to convert companies into learning organizations.

The Five Disciplines
The five disciplines of the learning organization discussed in the book are:
* 1) Building shared vision
* 2) Mental models
* 3) Team learning
* 4) Personal mastery
* 5) Systems thinking- The Fifth Discipline that integrates the other 4

and other things that related to it:

The Learning Disabilities
* 1) "I am my position."
* 2) "The enemy out there."
* 3) The Illusion of Taking Charge
* 4) The Fixation of Events
* 5) The Parable of the Boiled Frog
* 6) The Delusion of Learning from Experience
* 7) The Myth of the Management Team

The Laws of the Fifth Discipline
* 1) Today's problems come from yesterday's "solutions."
* 2) The harder you push, the harder the system pushes back.
* 3) Behavior grows better before it grows worse.
* 4) The easy way out usually leads back in.
* 5) The cure can be worse than the disease.
* 6) Faster is slower.
* 7) Cause and effect are not closely related in time and space.
* 8) Small changes can produce big results...but the areas of highest leverage are often the least obvious.
* 9) You can have your cake and eat it too...but not at once.
* 10) Dividing an elephant in half does not produce two small elephants.
* 11) There is no blame.

hmmm quite intresting points that we need to think deeper...
After centuries i didnt update my blog. Now Im back. Ready to share some my experiences...wherever I am.I decide to spend sometime to work on this. One of my teamate said that " ur friends might didnt see u for long time and separates by continents so why not just put some words in ur blog even its few"

Well now its 5 am in the morning exactlly. I dont know my mood its soooo goooddd...im awake all nights until now. hmm the world cup finished YEY ITALY is the Champion Yeay!!! i think this is the impact of the word cup syndrom keep it make awake for almost a month although almost everytime i watched the match im doing other things with my laptop finish some @stuff seems soo efective at that moments.

hmm...my life after couple of weeks working at the MC office. I back for a while to Bandung to start my short semester and try hard to finish my final thesis a.k.a skripsi...OOOooo My!!!

Now having a chat with Thordis MCP of AIESEC in Iceland and Ferry our members who become CEEDers in Canada also readings friends blogs. What they are experienced lately in another part or the world. I admire them. Most of them are amazing at least for me. They gain so many experiences, good works, adventures off course and lifes not just because they get it by single 'click' but because of their own efforts, they have the passion, spirit, courage, vision and faith to do it. I feel gratefull most of people i know are a Great in a way. They inspired me. Its bring positive influence for me.
